As Corporate Land Revenue Analyst, you will support the Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy Leader in analysing performance metrics, optimising revenue initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will be working closely with the Local Revenue Management & Pricing (RMP) and Supply Teams, with a focus on the accommodation sector.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong analytical skills, have a keen understanding of revenue management principles, and be able to translate data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in maximising revenue and profitability for the corporate brands by contributing to supplier preferencing strategies, performance reporting, and technology optimisation.
As this is an on-site role, candidates must be based in Sydney or be willing to relocate. Remote working options are not available for this position.
What you will be doing:
Data Analysis and Insights
Conduct in-depth analysis of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), including Hotel Attachment, Commissionable Ratio, Preferred Partner Share, and Margin
Utilise data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in these metrics
Generate actionable insights to support supplier preferencing and pricing strategies
Reporting and Dashboards
Create regular reports detailing revenue performance, supplier compliance, and profitability
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for decision-making
Support Preferencing and Pricing Strategies
Assist in executing supplier and rate preferencing strategies to improve the Commissionable Ratio and Margin
Monitor supplier compliance and recommend corrective actions to ensure alignment with business goals
Support efforts to optimise client rate preferencing and cross-selling strategies to drive Preferred Partner Share
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with supply, marketing, and product teams to align on revenue initiatives
Liaise with the global RMP team to share insights and best practices
Provide analytical support for presentations and strategy updates
Technology and Tools Utilisation
Support enhancements to GDS and other revenue management tools to improve functionality and outcomes
Manage the setup and maintain the strategies within revenue management tools to ensure alignment with business objectives
Assist in the implementation and management of rate re-shopping capabilities
Work with the team on deploying TripServices and other technology solutions to optimise revenue reporting
What you will need:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, revenue management, or a related field within the travel or hospitality industry
Proven ability to handle large datasets and provide actionable insights
Please outline your experience with revenue management systems, tools, and GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
Tertiary level qualification in relevant field
