As a Future Team Leader, you will support your Team Leader in driving sales, motivating team members, growing key KPIs along with a number of other responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Assisting with shop Budget and P&L expectations
Assist in driving growth in customer bookings and repeat business
Communicating and implementing system updates and training
Assist in driving FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays and booking component levels 4+
Coaching and developing team members
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
