As the Agile Delivery Lead you will lead the coordinated delivery of customer friendly, engaging and functional digital experiences that seamlessly bridge the gap between our online and physical retail entities.
You'll facilitate the development of product roadmaps and the delivery of products and services that holistically balance the needs of our customers and the business. Working within our Content Team, collaborating with stakeholders across Product and Marketing teams to effectively execute strategic initiatives that drive alignment with organisational objectives and ensure the successful achievement of key business goals.

Day to day:
Lead and coach one or more agile delivery teams
Advocate, support, and coach Agile ways of working
Promote Agile principles to delivery teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements
Agile Events & Team Facilitation: Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused and aligned.
User Requirement Gathering: Conducting workshops to gather user requirements, validating user stories, and ensuring they are ready for sprint planning.
Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking delivery metrics, managing production issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders about sprint progress and product performance.
Continuous Feedback Loop: Organizing feedback collection methods, analysing customer insights, and adjusting direction based on this feedback.
Coach team members and business leaders
Promote and support best practices
Remove impediments and distractions to optimise team performance
Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile value
Change management practices
Who you Are:
Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams within an Agile software delivery environment
Demonstrated comprehensive understanding and application of Lean and Agile principles and processes
Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and practices
Technical experience within travel or other internet-scale environments
Commercially minded with the ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships
Excellent adaptive team leadership capabilities including the ability to foster productive team dynamics, engage and enable teams and coach for performance
Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities
A bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
