About The Opportunity
FCM Meetings & Events is seeking a Global Head of Sales to lead and scale our commercial growth engine across markets. This is a high-impact leadership role driving new business, client expansion, and revenue performance across a dynamic global portfolio. You’ll shape the future of M&E by building world-class sales strategies that deliver on our 2030 ambition and $1B TTV target. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the global sales strategy aligned to M&E 2030 growth ambitions and $1B TTV target
• Set and govern revenue targets across all regions and service lines, ensuring accountability for growth
• Drive margin mix optimisation across the portfolio, prioritising high-margin service lines
• Lead global sales teams across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and AU with a focus on acquisition and expansion
• Establish consistent global sales methodologies, including CRM discipline and pipeline management
• Act as executive sponsor on strategic, high-value commercial pursuits
• Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline across regions and service lines
• Develop targeted acquisition strategies across industries, client segments, and geographies
• Lead Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) go-to-market strategy and enterprise client engagement
• Enable progression from transactional services to full program ownership across clients
• Partner with account teams to grow existing client relationships and increase wallet share
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, positioning, and pipeline generation efforts
• Champion brand consistency and represent FCM M&E at industry events and client engagements
• Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver tools, training, and onboarding excellence
• Drive adoption of sales frameworks, CRM practices, and commercial tools globally
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing global sales teams
• Establish KPIs focused on revenue, margin contribution, and pipeline quality
• Translate market insights into competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Own global sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
• Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing, deal structuring, and commercial governance
• Collaborate across brands and stakeholders to maximise shared opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform strategic decisions
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $185,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
