Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is a division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), focusing on consistent delivery of core technology services to FCTG employees globally.

Working closely with the Global ETS Commercial Leader and Product Teams, the Finance Business Partner will partner with the ETS Product leaders and play a vital role in providing strong financial advice, and commercial decision-making support to achieve strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for the preparation of management reports, forecasts and budgets that provide the foundation for the commercial analysis that will transform Global ETS and achieve cost savings for FCTG globally.

Day in the life: 

• Business improvement and growth
• Project and initiative collaboration
• Reporting and compliance 
• Preparation and presentation of month-end and annual results
• Preparation of budget and forecast 
• Analysis and presentation of key performance metrics and drivers 

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow (and think outside the box). 
• High attention to detail, customer focus, and strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Business / Commerce - Accounting or Finance degree
• CPA/CA qualifications or working towards desired
