An FCCB Agent is responsible for providing exceptional travel booking services and promoting the Flight Centre Corporate Benefits program to employees of enrolled companies. This role focuses on handling client inquiries that are exclusively referral-based or initiated by employees of enrolled companies, received primarily via email, C1 (Customer One), and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Relations: Engage with clients to book domestic and international travel, leveraging exclusive perks and supplier discounts while showcasing the value of FCCB services.
Customer Support: Provide personalized travel advice, address inquiries promptly, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Administrative Duties: Efficiently manage bookings, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies, including TESF and service standards.
Promotion of Benefits: Clearly communicate the unique advantages of the FCCB program, emphasizing travel savings, expertise, and risk management.
Key Skills:
Strong sales and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking systems, email communication, and phone support.
Goals:
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Drive client loyalty by highlighting FCCB's exclusive benefits and professional expertise.
Maintain prompt and professional responses to all referral-based and enrolled-client inquiries.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years consultant experience
An interest in a potential business travel portfolio along with leisure

Location – Toronto, Canada
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $45,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $45,000 - $72,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
