As a Team Leader overseeing the sunny Whitsundays store, you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow in key KPIs along with a number of other responsibilities. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment

About you: 

• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Travel Consultant 
• A genuine interest in leadership and team building
• A passion for travel and mentoring others 
• A desire to succeed
