As a Future Team Leader, you will support your Team Leader in driving sales, motivating team members, growing key KPIs along with a number of other responsibilities. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
  • Assisting with shop Budget and P&L expectations
  • Assist in driving growth in customer bookings and repeat business
  • Communicating and implementing system updates and training
  • Assist in driving FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays and booking component levels 4+
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Providing vision and motivation for the team
  • Maintaining an overall positive office environment
