About the Opportunity

As a Global Account Manager, you will drive customer profitability, retention, and growth across large, strategic, and multinational clients.

You will play a key role in delivering value-led travel programs while building strong, executive-level relationships across global markets.

This is a high-impact role where you will influence strategic direction, optimise commercial outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

You will be at the centre of innovation, using insights and technology to enhance customer programs and unlock new opportunities.

This full-time role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

 

 What you will do:
 
  • Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
  • Identify opportunities for value-added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
  • Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Engage internal teams (operations, finance, technology) to deliver value and service excellence
  • Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
  • Deliver innovation by recommending and implementing new products and services
  • Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
  • Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage communications and track activities
  • Manage and deliver key customer projects with clear stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimise contract performance and delivery
  • Influence change through strong storytelling, ROI articulation, and data insights
 
 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management
  • Proven success managing large, strategic, or multinational customers
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong project management capability
