About the Opportunity

Join Supply as a Global Sponsorships Coordinator and play a key role in driving impactful sponsorship partnerships across the business.

You will shape how FCTG connects with external partners, influences brand visibility, and maximises sponsorship value globally.

Based in the Brisbane head office and working across Procurement, Marketing, Finance and beyond, you will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

This role is initially for a 6 month period until 31 December, 2026.

 

What you will do:

  • Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with organisational goals, analysing market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights
  • Develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of high-value sponsorship opportunities
  • Initiate and build strong relationships with prospective sponsors
  • Create tailored, compelling sponsorship proposals that align with partner objectives
  • Secure and negotiate sponsorship agreements to deliver mutual value
  • Manage end-to-end sponsor relationships, ensuring strong engagement and retention
  • Coordinate branding, visibility, and activation opportunities across events
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and sponsorship deliverables are met
  • Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to sponsors
  • Establish and manage reporting frameworks to track event budgets, sponsorship funds, and financial performance
  • Implement and manage an approval workflow for sponsorship requests in line with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across FCM M&E, Duty Travel, Procurement, Marketing, and Finance globally

 

 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within FCTG
  • Experience in Product/Supply or Procurement preferred
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management experience
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships across global teams
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability with a focus on financial accountability
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • High level of business acumen and results focus
  • Advanced time management, change management, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, self-driven, and highly collaborative approach
