Craft and deliver impactful learning experiences that inspire and elevate our people
Lead an effective onboarding process for all new leaders in our NZ business
Stay connected with senior leadership teams to ensure our training aligns with local needs
About you. mo koe
We're looking for someone who is passionate about leadership development and has a knack for inspiring others. If you have:
Experience in L&D leadership development, with a focus on building leadership capability.
A proven ability to create accountability and inspire new leaders.
The ability to clearly articulate knowledge and insights.
A track record of building strong business partnerships/relationships.
Travel industry experience (a bonus but not essential).
