- Managing the aftersales journey of customers’ holidays
- Finalising and processing accurate payments
- Maintaining professional and detailed customer records
- Delivering exceptional service in line with team targets and KPIs
- Supporting customers with queries and ensuring a seamless travel experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An experienced customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret customer needs and provide effective solutions
- A solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Confident using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
