Flight Centre Travel Group NZ is on the lookout for a commercially savvy Finance Manager to join our Supply team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role within one of the world’s most iconic travel brands.

About the role | Mō te Tūranga

As the Finance Manager – Supply, you’ll be responsible for the financial and management accounting of our Supply function. You’ll play a key role in financial control, risk management, and strategic planning, while also partnering with stakeholders to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

• Lead financial management, reporting, and control for the Supply business
• Provide commercial insights and support to business leaders to enhance performance
• Manage and develop one direct report, including monthly reviews and training plans
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution across the NZ Supply business
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and boost efficiency

About you | mo koe

We’re looking for someone who is confident, collaborative, and commercially minded.

You’ll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification with relevant hands-on experience
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge the status quo
