We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry—just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related. No experience in travel necessary. 

Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from the country's top cruise experts in an interactive, fast-paced environment. Upon completion, participants will become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with a guaranteed full time position and future career opportunities within the My Cruises team.

What you'll be doing...

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues, providing appropriate solutions
• Work with customers to provide them with their dream holiday.
• Have a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

Who you are...

• A MUST: Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry
• Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
• Competent level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar programme
• You must value the importance of developing strong relationships, team-work customer relations
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Problem-solving, empathy and and strong communication skills
• Experienced travelling overseas – ideal
