What you’ll be doing

As our Regional Sales Leader, you'll be leading a dynamic team of FCBT Business Development Managers while reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Retention. You will be managing calls, emails, and meetings with both prospects and clients to position FCBT as the ultimate business travel solution. This isn't just a sales role - it's your opportunity to shape the future of business travel while leading a team of ambitious professionals. What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of setting and exceeding personal sales targets and budgets
• Prior experience in business development and leadership
• Extensive knowledge of the travel industry, product and FCTG corporate
  businesses
• A master of networking and negotiation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Highly self-driven and motivated
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
