About The Opportunity
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be a results-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings innovative ideas to the table and is a key driver of our customer acquisition and engagement strategies. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives to increase awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including regional leadership, digital marketing, content creators, and event managers, to ensure alignment on growth strategies. With a focus on both online and offline channels, you’ll tailor campaigns to optimize impact across high-opportunity regions.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Funnel Optimization
Develop regional multi-channel growth strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic advertising, email campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Support landing page optimization, remarketing strategies, and conversion paths to improve engagement and reduce friction in the customer journey.
Design lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the funnel, converting MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Collaboration & Campaign Execution
Work closely with the Campaigns Manager, Events Manager, Partnerships Manager, and Global Digital Marketing Team to align on full-funnel, multi-channel strategies.
Partner with content and digital teams to create high-impact assets, ensuring alignment with growth goals.
Collaborate with event and partnership managers to drive awareness and leads through omnichannel campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and measure key performance metrics, including CPA, CAC, and lead conversion rates.
Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Deliver regular performance reports to key stakeholders, translating data into clear business insights.
Regional Growth Strategy
Tailor acquisition and engagement strategies to meet the unique needs of specific geographic markets.
Partner with Regional General Managers (RGMs) and Directors of Sales to align growth marketing strategies with sales priorities and opportunities.
Focus on localization, driving measurable growth in high-priority regions.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lead generation, and digital strategy execution.
Proven success in creating and managing event and partnership marketing campaigns.
Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems for lead nurturing and scoring.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, PowerBi, or other reporting platforms.
Collaboration:
Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, digital marketing, and sales) to execute campaigns aligned with business goals.
Exceptional communication skills for project management and stakeholder engagement.
