We’re seeking a Product Manager with experience in cruise product development, charter operations, or complex travel packaging to drive the end‑to‑end success of our Explorations by Norwegian program. This role is central to ensuring every charter departure is commercially strong, operationally precise, and strategically differentiated in-market.
A day in the life:
- Lead end‑to‑end development of exclusive charter cruise packages
- Create curated cruise, air, land, and experience‑based itineraries
- Align product design with charter terms, brand positioning, and guest expectations
- Partner with global suppliers to secure rates, allocations, and enhancements
- Support pricing, yield optimisation, and profitability analysis
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and ROI
- Ensure accurate product setup, content, and compliance across systems
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver strong go‑to‑market execution
- Champion guest experience using insights, feedback, and data
- Maintain quality across all guest‑facing materials and communications
Who you are:
- 2+ years’ experience in cruise or travel product roles (charter or group travel experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of ocean cruise products, inventory structures, and supplier dynamics
- Commercially minded with demonstrated ability to balance margin, load, and customer value
- Highly organised, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing complex, multi‑component charter products
- Excellent communicator who thrives working cross‑functionally and in partnership with global suppliers
- Systems‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements
Full-time Role, In office preferred Monday-Friday
