  • Provide commercial guidance on vendor contracts, licensing models, infrastructure costs, SaaS agreements, cloud consumption, and project/portfolio delivery.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for technology cost transparency, scenario planning, total cost of ownership (TCO), and value realisation.
  • Analyse trends in operational performance, capacity, resourcing, cloud usage, and run‑the‑business cost structures to identify efficiency and optimisation opportunities.

Technology Investment & Value Management
  • Support governance of the technology investment portfolio, including business cases, investment appraisal, ROI analysis, and benefits tracking.
  • Ensure financial alignment across initiatives, platforms, and services, with clear understanding of cost drivers and expected outcomes.
  • Partner with ETS leaders to track delivery benefits, measure realised value, and support continuous improvement.

Reporting & Insights
  • Produce timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reporting for ETS, including executive dashboards, variance analysis, monthly performance commentary, and insights on cost drivers.
  • Present financial insights to technology leadership, business stakeholders, and governance forums in a clear, concise, and commercial manner.
  • Translate technical concepts and cost structures into business‑friendly language.
